9 Keys to Manifesting Change
There is a formula for manifesting change. It is not hard, but it does take practice, persistence and patience! This is why many people give up just before a breakthrough! And that’s why having a coach is so beneficial to your success!
- Want It – Have you made the decision to really change or not? Are you ready? In order to obtain or achieve something, you have to want or need it. What is it that you want? You must want Positive Change to occur in your life.
- Allow It – You must give yourself permission to change. Don’t fight yourself. “One cannot discover a new ocean if one does not have the courage to lose sight of the shore.” YOU ARE worthy of it!
- Imagine It – Pretend or visualize what it is that you want. How big is it? What color is it? Where are you? Who are you with? When will this happen? What are the benefits that will enhance your life by having this? How beneficial will your life be 1 year from now with it? What about 5 years from now? See yourself with the changes in place & how great it is – get the picture?
- Decide on It – Do you really want this? Don’t think about it! (Nike says it best) JUST DO IT!
- Commit to It – Obligate yourself to perform and carry out your plan of action to achieve what you want. Stick to your decision no matter what.
- Feel It and Appreciate It – You’ve heard of the expression “I can feel it in my bones.” If you don’t have this feeling, you’re probably not doing it for yourself. When you want something bad enough you will feel a sensation in your whole being. Hold that, honor that, respect that feeling and appreciate it.
- Focus on It – You need to apply a concentrated effort or allow what you want to change be the center of attention. This is your true focus.
What distractions are you willing to give up in order to achieve your goal? Focus on the prize, not the pain. This is what will lead you to your positive outcome. - Celebrate It – Reward yourself for staying with it! Mark a special occasion or day on your calendar to rejoice, have fun, and to celebrate your accomplishments. Reward yourself for the commitment, focus, and dedication you endured to achieve your goal.
- Expand it and Increase It – As you reach one goal, set another. Make positive change a way of life Now that you’ve accomplished this Positive Change, there is more to come. Positive Change is not only in your reach but it will rise, grow, multiply, spread, improve, strengthen, and escalate as long as you continue to follow each of these steps.
